Intermediate Tri plus Relay~ Sprint Tri plus Relay ~ Duathlon ~ Kid's Tri

Attention: Kid's race maps are being updated for 2010 to include two different distances.

The distance will vary based on the following categories:

Racing Age	SWIM	BIKE	RUN
10 and under	50m-100m	2k-3K	0.5k-1k

11 – 15	100m -200m	5k-7k	1k-2k

If your child is a novice and falls into the older
category, they may still participate with the younger group.
